A few months ago we met with a great couple , Tom and Nancy Winters and their son
T.C (the future chef ) who told us they were very interested in our restaurant.
Do you think the initials stand for :" Terry's Chef"? You have to come and ask him to find out!
We feel they are the perfect match for Terry's and should be taking over the beginning in March.
Instead of speaking for them we asked that they write a few words on this website in order to
introduce themselves to you. (below)
As for us, leaving is not going to be easy. We're moving to Arizona and the bonds that we have
woven with our customers at Terry's throughout the years are not that easily broken. We
planned to have a go away party but we'd rather say goodbye to all of you individually.

My husband, Tom, has always had a love of cooking and a joy in cooking for others. Our son,
T.C. has inherited that passion. I have a passion for eating and sharing really good food. I just
got lucky enough to marry a man who will cook for me. For many years we searched for and talked
about opening a restaurant and sharing our love of food but never found the right place. Then
we met the Lykos family and felt the stars were aligning, as they share our passion for food, love
of family and loyalty to friends. We knew Terry's was the right place to cultivate our dream while
continuing the legacy of the Lykos family tradition.
My friends at my former work-place will tell you that the best part of their day was lunch time, when
they would beg to taste my leftovers from Tom or T.C. Now they will have to come to Terry's.
For our regular customers... We promise not to change the already fabulous menu but also hope
to introduce you to a few new dishes.
We are looking forward to meeting all of you and sharing our passions with you and hope that
you will share with us.
